Fermentato parzialmente in barrique francesi nuove (25%) e americane (25%). 50% del vino invecchiato in rovere francese.
Gusto croccante di mela verde e frutta tropicale, con un buon bilanciamento di note di rovere, cannella e vaniglia, grazie all’invecchiamento nelle botti. Al palato si evidenzia una struttura avvolgente ed una acidità equilibrata.
